中外双班主任+专业特色教师+保育员的超高配置

High quality teacher division: two homeroom teachers (English and  Chinese) + one specialist + one child-care teacher

我们颠覆传统的班级师资配置，采⽤全新的中外双班主任+专业 特⾊教师模式，中外班主任负责实施双语核⼼课程、⼀⽇活动组织、 ⽇常⽣活照料；专业特⾊教师负责特⾊课程、拓展课程；四位⼀体 360度全⽅位关注孩⼦的情绪情感、⾝体发展、活动游戏、探究学习。

Our kindergarten applies a special model, combining Chinese and foreign homeroom teachers and one specialist teacher together, which creates a suitable and stable atmosphere for kids to interact in English efficiently. The two homeroom teachers are responsible for the implementation of main courses based on the curriculum. They also organize activities and care for children. The specialist teachers are in charge of the special courses and diverse extra-curricular activities. The four teachers work together to help develop the student’s  social emotions, physical and cognitive skills through games, activities and exploring

我们关注每个孩⼦的成⻓与发展，因此我们重视对孩⼦进⾏完善、科学的发展评估，为每个孩⼦建⽴个性化成⻓档案记录。运⽤正式与⾮正式、连续式与⽚段式等多种评估⽅式构建⼀个⽴体的评估体系，为每个孩⼦的⽣态成⻓提供最为科学的依据。

We pay close attention to the growth and development of each child, so that we attach the great importance of providing the complete and scientific evaluation system for them. We establish a personal and characteristic profile for each child; adopt diversified evaluation system by formal, informal, continuous and sectional assessments, which could show the scientific basis for the ecological growth of each child.

我们重视中国传统⽂化的培养，聘请版画专业、⺠乐专业等特⾊教师，开展与⽂化相关的活动，通过开展各类中国节庆活动，深⼊体验苏州⾮遗活动等，弘扬中国传统⽂化。同时，我们注重⽂化的融合，希望通过庆祝不同国家的节⽇活动，让每⼀个孩⼦切实地体会不同国家的⽂化；我们希望通过主题探究式的活动，让每⼀个孩⼦都能拥有积极探索⾝边环境的欲望与能⼒；我们希望通过不同的活动形式，带给孩⼦们⽆限的快乐。

We carry forward Chinese traditional culture by finding teachers who are inheritors from intangible cultural heritages such as print teacher and Kunqu Opera Actor. We promote traditional Chinese culture by carrying out cultural activities such as Chinese festival events and in-depth experience of Suzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Activities. We also emphasis on cultural integration and hope to help our students create real atmospheres of different festivals throughout the world; we hope that our project and theme-based learning can help our students with positive attitude as well as capability towards learning and exploring their environment; we aim to bring our students endless happiness through all the different activities.
