House event day is coming! I am so excited！I’m in the water house so I have to wear blue today. The party is on the playground. All the grade 3 students are there，and we are in four groups: Fire team, Water team, Air team and Earth team. In my group, there are 10 classes! “The class that has most points wins!” a teacher says. “The first game is the kangaroo jump race!” says Ms Fay. “No problem!” says everyone. “Ready, steady, Go!” I can jump so fast in the race but someone in my team can’t jump as fast as I can. The race is over. Our team loses! But we have lots of games for us to earn points. The most exciting game is the three-legged race. My partner and I are like two bunnies, jumping around but not together. There are two “turtles” around, too. I have so much fun today!
