基于教育部新颁《中国学生发展核心素养》，秉持“以人为本”的全人教育理念，学部将校本课程和学科课程相结合，构建起独特的“融悦”课程体系，以国家标准课程为核心基础，延伸出“国际理解、创智未来、乐活审美、慧启幸福”四大特色课程，构建“多学科跨领域”学习共同体。

Based on the cultivation ideas in the Core Accomplishments for Chinese Student Development, newly issued by the Department of Education. We set up a unique curriculum framework of whole person education featuring “integration and delight”, which is taking the national standard curriculum as the core foundation and extending the four characteristic courses of “International Understanding, Creating Wisdom for the Future, Happy Life Aesthetics, and Wisdom Enlightening Happiness” while integrating the school-based courses with subject teaching. 

以兴趣与技能、健体与科技、创新思维与合作为核心，构建初中社团课程体系，专业型社团与研究型社团并行，师生共研和STEAM课程融通，联合苏州高新技术科研单位与实践基地，重点培养学生的思维品质、自主探究能力与对知识的拓展和创造。

Clubs: we have both professional-based clubs and research-based clubs, as well as the fusion of teacher-student co-research and STEAM. In cooperation with corresponding companies and organizations in SND, we aim to cultivate an awareness in our students to take initiative to gain the ability to explore.
