The five foreign language courses—German, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Russian—are not only taught by a high-caliber faculty team where "90% hold master's degrees or higher, and 100% have international experience," but are also supported by a comprehensive three-year progressive training plan. The SSFLS Middle School Division deeply implements the "1359" Teacher Empowerment Project. Leveraging the "Lunhua Cup · Heart Series" teacher development framework, the division continuously enhances faculty expertise and teaching skills through systematic and diverse pathways such as mentorship pairing, thematic training, academic lectures, and skills competitions.
