The theme of IB G2 UOI Unit 1 is "Who We Are", and we use the central idea that "people make choices that affect their health" as a starting point to guide children's exploration of healthy food. With the help of home-school cooperation resources, we led the children to Suzhou Hon Hai Food Co., Ltd., and the professional responsible instructor started from the students' existing experience and started from the students' "curiosity", leading the children to gradually understand the classification of food groups, the function of nutrients, the scientific ratio of healthy food groups, how to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy foods, and many other links. After this unforgettable UOI healthy eating exploration and experience, the children constantly refreshed their cognition of diet, nutrition and other cultures, and understood that a healthy diet is nutritionally balanced rather than single. 

IB G2 UOI第一单元主题是“我们是谁”，我们以“人们会做出影响自身健康的选择”这 一中心思想为切入点，引导孩子们对健康食物的探究。我们借助家校合作资源，带领孩子们前往苏州鸿海食品有限公司，专业的负责讲解员从学生的现有经验出发，并从学生的“好奇心”入手，带领孩子们逐步了解了食物群分类、营养素的功能、健康一餐食物群的科学配比、如何区分健康和不健康食品等众多环节。经过这次难忘的UOI健康饮食探究的学习和体验，孩子们不断刷新对饮食、营养等文化的认知，了解了健康的饮食是营养均衡而非单一。
